Failure to attend an appointment prevents us from treating another patient who may be in pain and has a big impact on small businesses such as ours.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer the appointment to another patient.

If you fail to contact us and subsequently do not attend, your deposit will be lost and we reserve the right to charge you the full price for the appointment.
